Miami With Love

Hey readers, How are you all? Hope you are all doing well!

When writing this it is Friday and outside of my hotel window in Miami its raining, not that I am complaining because although it is raining hard its the warm rain that somewhat feels refreshing. The last 24 hours have been filled with food good music and laughter. I believe everyone is still on a hype from It being the superbowl. I decided to have a chilled trip this time which essentially is just food local shops and trying to find amazing bargains in Marshalls or ross. However I know that everyone does not want to hear about my mugs I brought so I thought I would give some travel tips of  things I did a few weeks ago with 24 hours to spare in Miami.

Places to see:

Bayside Market Place : Has a range of shops bars and food places! A bath and body works is here which of course is every girls dream! The candles the smell as you walk in there is just heavenly. There is other shops which I have left the link to! Great prices and great deals are normally what I find when shopping here.

Wynwood Walls: If you love art I would say go here and check out the walls . Open to the public it is  free of charge established in 2009.Known to be Miami’s  open air “museum of the streets” it  attract visitors from all around the world and currently encompasses more than 40 dazzling, cutting-edge murals created by respected street artists from Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States.

South Beach known for its beaches and the glamorous scene around its happening nightspots and lets be real the will smith song off course. South beach has plenty of  Chain stores and indie fashion shops (Lincoln Road Mall). Also has Ocean Drive, known for its well-preserved art deco architecture.

The Food! ( The up most importance in any layover).

The Egg spot.

Adress: 228 SE 1st St , Miami, FL 33131

so the name kind of gives it away but in a short summery they serve eggs any style ( over easy is my personal favourite) they do it with a range of sides a few slices of bacon and toast or go classic with one of their sandwiches which is more like a egg burger mmm.

Hooters.

Address: 401 Biscayne Blvd Suite 225, Miami, FL 3313

Is another great place to go if you want a chilled friendly on your wallet/purse meal. Famous for their hot wings and beautiful girls in short shorts! This sports bar is in a great location of Miami. Whenever I get a chance to go here it is all about the shrimp tacos for me!

Bubba Gump

The address: 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami FL 33132

Perfectly designed for families it is also a chain restaurant by the time I got here I had not actually been to one before but everyone had been telling me how great it was! When here I came across a New Orleans dish which I had to get hands down if there is any new Orleans food around I am on that all the best flavours reside in New Orleans.

And there we have it a travel tip of 3 food places and 3 destination places I love going to when in Miami. If you live or have been to Miami before I would love to know where you think would be your top 3 places to go and chill and do activities! With that in mind I am back there in a few days time so hopefully I may go and get to check the places out!

Lots Of Love

  1. Hey Em! Whenever my family and I go to Florida, we usually stay in Orlando but I always wanted to visit Miami. Miami is so lively and full of culture. I hear the city has a great art district too, how cool it was you were able to che k out the museum of streets! The Egg Spot sounds like my kind of eatery🍳 I enjoy a good fried egg on a burger🍔 ah you just can’t go wrong with New Orleans food so I’ll have to add Bubba Gump to my list👏🏾
